iDrum is a poular drum machine software for mac, check it on www.izotope.com.
With a matematic count I can simulate odd times by using multiple 4/4 bars with the appropriate polirithm inside ( Ex: 5 bars for the 5/4). This way I can edit the metronome speed and the patterns variations then export to wav or aac to use it on a program Like Garage Band or such.
